Smart Way

The Smart Way links the Roanoke Valley to the New River Valley. The service connects downtown Roanoke's Third Street Station Transit Center and the Virginia Tech Transit Center with stops at the Roanoke Amtrak platform, the Roanoke-Blacksburg Regional Airport, and Interstate 81 park-and-rides.

The Smart Way Express connects the Franlin Biomedical Research Institute at the Virginia Tech-Carilion Roanoke campus to Virginia Tech's campus and the Corporate Research Center in Blacksburg.
